Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a risk-free activation period for new purchases.

You may request a refund if the service has not been meaningfully used.

A purchase is considered “used” if any of the following occurs:

• Significant AI generation usage
• Consumption of allocated credits
• Download/export of generated outputs
• Continuous usage exceeding basic evaluation

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if meaningful usage has not occurred.

Once usage crosses evaluation limits, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.

Access continues until the end of the paid period.
